Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held each year to report on the club’s activities, present financial statements, and elect the committee for the following year.

How to Nominate

  • Nominations for officials, convenors, or ordinary committee members must:
    • Be made in writing.
    • Be signed by two (2) current Club members.
    • Include the written consent of the candidate (this can be endorsed on the nomination form).
  • Nominations must be delivered to the Club Secretary at least fourteen (14) days before the AGM.

The election process is conducted in a fair and transparent manner, as directed by the AGM. For more details, please refer to the Club’s constitution or contact the Club Secretary.
